Our monthly customer service is 9 questions long and the results help us shape a better company for our clients. In 7 of those questions, answers are based on a 1-5 scale. Here are the results from those questions in easy to read graphs!
The staff at SAS have been a pleasure to work with. We needed to make a few tweaks to our service after the initial set up and these were handled without delay.
Agents are knowledgeable and pleasant on the phone. Was easy to set up. Everyone is great to work with and the response to any questions or modifications is fast.

I can’t think of anything that needs to be addressed with your service and the best thing I like is our customer talks to a live person and I receive an email very fast.

Instead of just stating they are the “call center” to make sure they say the business name associated with the account, either when speaking directly or when leaving messages.
